Hot Chocolate...A bientôt

So it's pretty much official, this weekend just gone was the first time I bought out my sunnies and birkies out in 2012. This moment heralds the time of the year where hot chocolate is replaced by ice cream and frappuccinos, and maybe, just maybe, the start of replacing winter clothes with summer clothes in your wardrobe. With all this hot, then cold, then hotter, then ice cold then gradually grey to now 21deg weather we have had... it is probably time to say a bientot to hot chocolate.


The best hot chocolate I have had is at Angelina's, though I would strongly recommend you have two favourite places since this hot chocolate in particular is pricey at 7/8 eur (but worth it), and too rich to have all the time.


I've been to the one on Rue de Rivoli, and it's a posh looking place where I expect Rah's regularly go to have brunches or lunches or whatever, but its also welcome for everyone else of course!


I would recommend the white hot chocolate, it tastes like heaven in your mouth (but be aware it can get sickly towards the end). The regular brown hot chocolate, was too rich for me at the first sip..but each to their own!
